Refund Policy

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel an order before outreach or content creation has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. After Outreach Has Started

Once manual outreach to a publisher has begun, a partial refund may apply depending on work already completed. Once content has been written and submitted to a publisher, orders are generally non-refundable but eligible for our replacement guarantee below.

3. Indexing & Replacement Guarantee

If a delivered link fails to index within 30 days, or is removed by the publisher within 30 days of going live, we will provide a free replacement placement on an equivalent or higher-authority site. This replacement is offered in lieu of a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Placements that have gone live and remain indexed and accessible
  • Dissatisfaction with ranking outcomes (see our Disclaimer)
  • Change of mind after content has been published

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact us via our contact page with your order details. Refund and replacement requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days.

6. Payment Processor Fees

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Any non-recoverable processor fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
